Kettlebells

Monday and Wednesday @ 6:00p.m.
This is a 45 minute strict kettlebell class. This class is limited to 12 participants only. Concentration on proper form and technique of the use of a kettlebell. Kettlebells are challenging and weight bearing. You will get a great expenditure of calories in this class along with strength conditioning. If you are unfamiliar with kettlebells please let us know before attending your first class. Sign up in advance is recommended.
