My A.M. Green Smoothie Today

Ingredients:

1 bag raw spinach
1 head romaine
3 ribs celery
1 tangerine
shot organic lemon juice
1 cup natural coconut water unsweet.

Directions:

Blend till nice and smooth.

Makes 50 ozs of smoothie!

Enjoy! I do! I repeat again in p.m. without any fruit! Just thought u may want to know what goes in this bod!
