1st Hell Day is Saturday, January 14, 2012
3 mile run in 30 minutes
40 push ups in 60 seconds
30 jumping lunges with 5 lb ball overhead
30 box jumps on 18 inch box
water jug carry 100 yards
5 minute plank
2 minute ketttlebell hold overhead with 15 lbs in each hand
50 full sit ups in 90 seconds
clean and press 50 lbs for 12 reps
jab/cross boxing sprints for 2 minutes
Hell Days will be scheduled through the year 6 – 8 weeks apart from each other. This first Hell Day is considered your baseline for all upcoming Hell Days! In other words if you do not complete each event at 100% you have an opportunity to work toward the 100% on subsequent Hell Days! All stats will be recorded.
Hell Days are open to everyone who is wanting to challenge themselves and is a no cost event!!!
PLEASE ARRIVE AT LEAST 15 MINUTES EARLY TO THIS EVENT!!!
