Raw Food Wednesday!!

Ingredients:

2 bags raw spinach
1 small golden delicious apple
1.5 cups coconut water unsweet
3 ribs celery
1 cucumber
1 lemon with a piece of the rind
48oz. water to whirl it around

Directions:

Blend till nice and smooth.

Happy Raw-fooding today!!! ;)
