Sports Kick

Hello Everyone,

Now that Halloween is behind us the holidays are officially here and in full force. The vibe of everyone has certainly changed over to the “busy, busy mode”. Remember, the best thing you can do for yourself is to remain true to your fitness regime. We know there is so much to do between now and the end of the year but don’t get caught up in the mania and then go “oh sh__”! What did I do or not do when December 31st rolls around and you’re the one really rolling around with a few extra unwanted pounds and poor eating habits. We can help you stay on track, just ask us!

Friend Day – 11/19

- bring a friend with you to Cardio Pilates on this day and get your class free that day!

We are here all month except for Thanksgiving Day and Black Friday (day after T Day).

Friend Day – 12/14 (back again)

- bring your friend with you to Cardio Pilates class and get your class for free on this day!

FRIDAY – 12/17/10 (I love this day) Yum! Yum!

Bring in 2 dozen cookies to exchange with the class. We will have a great kick butt workout and then exchange our cookies. This is so much fun and we always have a great assortment of christmas cookies for everyone! Coffee is provided.

Yes we plan on having a class on christmas eve but you do have to sign up in advance. Look for the sign up sheet displayed in the studio on 12/1/10. I’ll remind everyone about the class as we get a little closer. We will be providing coffee and a vegan treat that is awesome! Merry Christmas!!

Again still here all month except for Christmas Day! Wow! Isn’t that great for you!

FRIDAY, 12/31/10

Class is being extended for an extra 1/2 hour for free on this day to help everyone get ahead on their new year resolutions! Isn’t this great! It will be fun! ;)

Don’t forget the 75 day challenge is still in progress until the end of the year. It’s never to late to participate peeps. There is always time for you to do something healthy for yourself daily all the way until 12/31/10. Post your goal today and also post on the accountability blog as well. Stay true to you!

Pumpkin Frozen Yogurt

1 cup 0% greek yogurt

1/2 cup organic canned pumpkin

1 scoop vanilla whey isolate protein

Feel free to add pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon or ginger for a greater depth of flavor.

Carmen, Thanks for the reminder. I have been busy (and lazy) and need to get back to my routine. I have told clients they need to put themselves first in order to take care of others and I now need to take my own advice. Wish I could come to one of your classes.
