BLASTER CLASSES

If you are looking to take your body and your workouts to the next level then the Blaster Class is for you.

The class is offered in the spring, just before swimsuit season and then again in the fall just before the holiday season gets into full force.

Blaster Class is designed to improve the overall symmetry of your body. Exercises included are core work, bands, free weights and body weight exercises.  Blaster is a challenging workout that will get your blood pumping and sweat pouring.  Equipment is provided.  Shorts and sneakers are required.  No pants ladies!  If you can’t see it you can’t change it!!!

This class is intended for the serious fitness practitioner only.  Space is limited and advance payment and sign up is required.
