Cardio Pilates is one of the most attended classes at Sports Kick, Inc. It’s popularity is due to it’s mix of high energy music to turn up the cardio fire along with belly burning floor pilates.
This class is constantly changing and is full of plyometrics, fun dance moves, traditional and non-traditional calesthenics, light weights and of course standing and floor pilates movements.
You will get an awesome calorie burning workout with this class.
This is an open class. Please bring your mat. Advance sign up is not required but space is limited so get here early.
