All one on one training is done in 1/2 hour increments at $35 per half hour per person.

Training available in the following modes of exercise:

Weights, Pilates, Kick Boxing, Cross-training, Cardio and Plyometrics

We are a specialized training studio.  We take our training very seriously and believe in quality versus quantity.
