Below is the cleanse/detox that I do when I want to clean up my act:

Drink 1 gallon of distilled water daily.  You can make green tea with no sweetener to drink throughout the day.  Do not drink anything with your meals.

Cardio – preferably 30 minutes in a.m. on an empty stomach (taking L-carnitine) and 30 minutes in p.m.  daily throughout the detox week.

Meal #1:  7:00a.m.

Blend together:  1 cup raw spinach, 1 cucumber, 2 celery ribs and ¼ lemon rind (makes 1 serving) add 16oz. of water to whirl it in blender

Drink as much as you want for meal #1 until you are full

Meal #2:  10:00a.m.

Your choice of fresh fruit (only one type of fruit)

Apples, pears, plums, peaches, kiwi or pineapple

Eat until full only one type of fruit

Meal #3:  1:00p.m.

5oz. white fish or 4oz. chicken breast plain (no seasonings)

Big mixed green salad with cucumber with juice of orange squeezed over it for dressing

Meal #4:  4:00p.m.

1 whole grapefruit

11 raw almonds (soaked the night before in purified water)

Meal #5:  7:00p.m. (latest, do not eat any later than 7pm)

5oz. white fish only (tilapia, orange roughy, grouper or halibut)

Big mixed green salad with cucumber, ½ of avocado, ½ cup orange and yellow peppers, orange squeezed for the dressing

Supplements:

L-Carnitine – liquid preferably – 1 serving upon rising

Acidolphilus – 1 serving at meal #1 and 1 serving before bed

B-12 complex – 1 serving daily

Digestive Enzymes – 1 serving at meals #3 and #5

Multi-vitamin – 1 serving daily

Calcium with Vitamin D – 1200mg at meal #5

    Love this detox/cleanse plan. Is this just for 1 day? My husband and I are planning on trying it. Hope if work for us. Thanks!
